Transforming women's health and wellness globally one step at a time
Women everywhere of every age, nationality, ethnicity, and social path face unique health challenges that are too often under-recognized and underserved.
The Women's Health and Wellness Society™ (WHWS™) is a social purpose organization and support network for all women. We're here to help you be heard, make connections, and live your longest, safest, most fulfilling life.
We engage with you, our members, along with healthcare institutions, academic institutions, foundations, health and wellness companies, and healthcare professionals, to share vital up-to-date information and strategies that transform you and your families' way of life.
We champion policy change, amplify women's voices, and push for equitable healthcare systems that prioritize the unique needs of women across all cultures and communities.
Through outreach, thought leadership, and online and in-person programs, we empower to improve their lifelong health outcomes and help drive systemic change.
Our global network offers solidarity and practical resources—linking members, experts, and institutions to provide holistic care and meaningful guidance for women worldwide.
Our pilot communities serve the health and wellness areas of menopause, cardiovascular health, mental health, and aging well in place.
When women lack access to holistic support, their health, leadership, and potential are compromised. Poor health outcomes for women trigger ripple effects across caregiving, workforce participation, family strength, and community well-being. Without wellness, women can survive — but they don’t thrive. Neglected wellness leads to burnout, delayed care, and generational cycles of self-sacrifice.
Women are overlooked in research, misdiagnosed, and under-treated in standard care protocols.
Women — especially women of color — face disproportionate risks across fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, with higher rates of preventable mortality, inadequate access to quality treatment, and systemic neglect in clinical research and practice.
Women face heightened health risks and diminished support during menopause, a life stage that remains stigmatized, underdiagnosed, and underserved across clinical care and research.
Our team doesn't just share information—we create pathways to transformation. Whether you're navigating a specific health challenge, seeking to improve your overall wellness, or supporting the women you love on their health and wellness journeys, WHWS™ is here to guide you every step of the way.
When women thrive, families and communities flourish.
