The Women's Health and Wellness Society™ is a social purpose organization and support network for all women. We're here to help you be heard, make connections, and live your longest, safest, most fulfilling life. Through initiatives in women's holistic health advocacy, education, and support, we produce online and in-person programs to help all women everywhere live well. Our resources and experts are dedicated to advocating for, educating, and supporting the health and vitality of women across all stages of life.

WHWS™ is managed and run by women (with the help of a few good men).

We are an international, educational Social Purpose Organization, created so we can give back to society in the form of scholarships, grants, community projects, and other outreach. Our resources extend beyond basic health and wellness information to include online (virtual) and offline (face-to-face) communities for health and wellness topics, segmented by interest area and geography, as well as online and offline meetups and informational events.

To gain strength, our society partners with a broad range of media, corporate, and community organizations, including publications; international consulting firms; radio, TV, and cable networks; news organizations; academia and foundations; governments; clinicians, patients, and survivors; providers, payors, and life sciences organizations; and nutraceutical firms, cosmeceutical firms, and other consumer-facing enterprises catering to women.

We are member-focused and mission-driven. Our ethics, our mission, and our international focus compel us to share widely any resources we find that can be help the women of the world to preserve their wellbeing and extend their lives.

Following perilous health challenges in their immediate and extended family, Linda S. Pappas, along with her daughter, Maria (Pappas) Sparling, and her husband, Harry P. Pappas, founded WHWS™ to provide accurate, curated, and accessible health and wellness information specifically for women. The family's vision was shaped by years of firsthand experience with health challenges affecting women among their many relatives and across global medical and wellness communities—including breast cancer, dementia, menopause, infertility, mental health, and caregiving.

Today, with a committed leadership team, passionate volunteers, and strong content partners, Linda and her family are proud to bring WHWS to life as a trusted resource and supportive community for women everywhere.

As a WHWS™ member, you can join online and offline communities to discuss vital health and wellness topics, engage with others in bias- and judgement-free forums, access curated resources, find support from other patients and survivors of disease, get expert insights from professionals who understand women's holistic health needs.

In addition to memberships, WHWS™ offers opportunities and benefits to women, men, and organizations wishing to partner with, invest in, or volunteer for our mission.

We create pathways to transformation for women.™
